Organic neutral wheat ethanol

Organic neutral wheat ethanol is a high alcohol content liquid (from 90 to 96.5% v/v), its constituents are ethanol (ethyl alcohol) and water.

It is a clear, colourless liquid with a classic aroma of alcohol, free from extraneous to the flavors to the raw material of origin.
The product complies with EU directive (CE) 834 dated 28/06/2007 and directive 110 dated 15/01/2008 and European Pharmacopoeia specifications.
How do you obtain it: 
It is obtained from the enzymatic transformation and subsequent fermentation of starch fromsoft wheat from the European Community; the separation of the alcohol ic fraction from the mother liquor is carried out by a vacuum fractional distillation apparatus, integral processes of extractive distillation, rectification and demethylation.
