Organic wheat gluten is a dry powder product with a high protein content of plant origin, it consists primarily of protein (glutenin and gliadin), vegetable fibre and water.

Appearance: 
It is a pale yellow colour with light and pleasant smell andt aste.

The product complies with EU directives currently in force.
How do you obtain it: 
Organic wheat gluten is extracted from selected organic wheat originating in the European Community, the extraction takes place by mechanical means and water from a well. The drying is carried out at low temperatures to keep the characteristics of the product intact.
