Wheat middlings unlike bran, is rich in starch with a good supply of vitamin B.

Fine brown-coloured flour, pleasant and characteristic smell with sweet taste.

How do you obtain it:
It is obtained during the various stages of the soft wheat milling and is the last by product of the milling before the flour.
