Wheat ethylic alcohol it's a high alcohol content liquid (from 90 to 96.5% v/v), its constituents are ethanol (ethyl alcohol) and water.

Appearance: 
It is a clear, colourless liquid with a classic aroma of alcohol, free from extraneous to the flavours to the raw material of origin.
Compliance: 
The product complies with EU directive 110 dated 15/01/2008 and European Pharmacopoeia specifications.
How do you obtain it: 
Wheat ethylic alcohol it's obtained from the enzymatic transformation and subsequent fermentation of starch from soft wheat from the European Community; the separation of the alcoholic fraction from the mother liquor is carried out by a vacuum fractional distillation apparatus, integral processes of extractive distillation, rectification and demethylation.
