Just like our native wheat starch, the modified (M 102) version consists of the carbohydrate fraction of very high-quality wheat flour.
The product, while apparently maintaining the traditional chemical-physical characteristics of the native type "A" starch, has been modified in a targeted way to improve the application in the corrugated cardboard sector.

Appearance: 
It presents itself as a white color powder, insoluble in cold water, with neutral smell and taste.
Compliance: 
Our wheat starch complies with EU directives currently in force.
How do you obtain it: 
We use only soft wheat coming from selected suppliers in the European Community to produce the modified wheat starch entirely at our production site. The process starts with the raw material grounding and, from the results, the starch is extracted using mechanical action and water. The last part of the production is the drying of the product, carried out in order to maintain all its characteristics intact. The components of wheat starch are mainly amylose, amylopectin, and water; the product contains a minimum percentage of protein. The special production process leads to improving the gluing characteristics for the production of corrugated cardboard.

Function: 
  • Glue for corrugated cardboard, particularly suitable for the use of virgin fiber papers (semi-chemical and kraft) and for plants with high production speeds.
Use: 
  • Main ingredient for the glue product with the Stein-Hall process system, for the production of corrugated cardboard.

  • Bulk in tank
